So let's stop here a few tips so that next time it is called to work in a team things will run smoothly, and above all try not to forget the words of Peter Drucker when he said: "It may have been hired by your curriculum but ultimately fired for their behavior. "

So let us leave here láq some tips to enable team work, be a factor for success, not stress ... ...

1 - Patience

It is the central element, because a team has to interact with a diversity of personalities and different viewpoints. Above all be moderate in his comments and listen carefully to what others have to say. Only then be able to give their opinion without the shock of his colleagues.

2 - Do not Judge

May call into question the robustness of an idea, the practical application of a concept, or the limitations of a particular technology, but never, ever, compromise the formation or the personal nature of a colleague. That's halfway walking to undermine confidence in a group forever.

3 - Share

The richness of the final product will be as greater as each individual element gives you. We can always learn from the fellow's side, even when we think that their contribution does not bring anything new. Believe and you will be surprised at the amount of ideas that seem silly to start and then worked to become the best of all time.

4 - Collaborate

There are such generous people out there who come to share the tasks to the point of not having to do anything. Do not lean on the corner just because you disagree with what they decide, or because the path chosen by the group has nothing to do with that which it considers correct. Your name will also be the final result, so make sure that your name will be linked to something good.

5 - Be aware

There is a tendency to withdraw into ourselves, about our references and past jobs. But as you have to show receptivity to the ideas of the group, only win if you are also aware of what others might think about the project. The CPAT and implemnetar interesting ideas within the team will score points and recognition from their peers and their supervisors.

6-Enjoy

Enjoy the company of new people, and other ideas about the project. Above all face teamwork as something fun and helps pass the time in a more healthy and more valuable either for themselves or for their work, and go there until his company stands to gain from motivation and willingness of individual team members.

Summarizing

Think teamwork as something that will allow you to exchange ideas, enrich their knowledge and broaden your friendships. See that in addition to cost nothing, until the will help you grow as a person and professional.

Each task is a task and whether some like to do in groups while others prefer to do alone. Group (depending on the group of course) is harder to concentrate and more easily become distracted.
